Cortland Plastics Expansion:
Automatic Vision Bottle Inspection:
As part of our " Continual Improvement Process", Cortland Plastics has designed and engineered automatic 100% vision inspection technology for critical neck inspections on selected molding lines. This is in addition to our 100% leak detection inspection on every manufacturing molding line.
Additional Stock Molds:
Cortland Plastics now has stock molds ranging in size from .5 oz. to 2 Gallons. We just added to our list a 16.9 oz. Cylinder, a 16.9 oz. Boston Round, and a 16 oz. Wide Mouth Jar with an 83/400 neck finish

Our plant expansion which started in the summer of 2010 is now complete. We have doubled
the size of our facility, tripled the amount of warehouse space, doubled the size of our
manufacturing space, and have added two more blow molding machines. We now have the
ability to manufacture plastics bottles in size from .5 Fl. oz. to 2 Gallons in size.
