Cortland Plastics International was incorporated in 2006 with the vision of being
the best (not largest) Continuous Shuttle Blow Molder in the United States. We have
incorporated State of the Art Blow Molding machines that are all equipped with robotic
bottle handling automation and 100% bottle leak detection on all manufacturing lines.
Our molding area is environmentally controlled and air conditioned to maintain the same
molding process parameters all 12 months out of the year. Plastics resins, colorants, and
additives are blended and handled automatically without any type of hand blending. All
molding lines have dust collectors that eliminate plastic dust and fines during the
blending and regrind stages of the molding process.

Cortland Plastics International supports our customers by being able to manage,
design and engineer all projects from single cavity proto-types for 100 pieces
to multi-cavity designs capable of producing millions of bottles per year.

Cortland Plastics manufactures HDPE, PP, and PETG for the Pharmaceutical,
Amenity, Lawn and Garden, Pool Chemical, Personal Care, Household Chemical,
Food and Cosmetic Industries. We can manufacture bottles ranging in size from
1/2 oz. to 2 gallons.
